5:45am - Bhakti Yoga/Kundalini Rising Sunrise practice
Awaken with the world. Sitting, we use music, breath, and meditation in this sunrise practice. Of course it's optional, but even if you just bring your blanket and pillow and sleep in you will find benefit!
7:00-8:30: Morning Yoga Practice
In our morning Yoga classes we take our Vinyasa flows to the next level optimizing alignment & nervous system functionality and incorporating the entire eight step process of Raja Yoga. Commit, move, breathe, focus, relax the mind, observe and be the stillness... all in one session.
Re-balance and explore deep into the body with movement, breath and release
Lucas is a certified raw food chef and detox counselor, and although the menu will not be all raw, your meals will be full of nutirents, flavor and love!
Late Morning - Restore
Spa Treatments, relaxing at the pool, take a private therapy with us one-on-one, silent meditation, walk through the rice fields, hang in a suspension belt and decompress the spine, etc.
Mid-Day classes including Dynamic breathwork session, a cacao & sound induced meditative journey and a Myofascial Release workshop all to offer more liberation to the body, heart and mind. On our final day we will visit Tirta Empul, a temple and holy spring where we will engage with the Balinese in the active tradition of purification through water and a ceremony dedicated to ourselves.
Restore your entire being through pampering treatments, massages and sauna
1:30 - Lunch
Big salads, lots of veggies, great drinks and well made traditional Indonesian food.
Afternoon- Massage, optional tutorials, relax
A few hours of organic interactions. Spa schedule resumes, walks, private time and personal connection, hand stand tutorials, suspension & spinal alignment tutorial, etc.
4:30-6 - Evening Yoga Practice
Our sunset sessions will encourage the body to open even further. A dynamic and restorative practice to unblock meridians and target the fascia to tap into our neurological system for a deep release that will promote stillness and a meditative state. Again we use yogic movement to promote stillness to easily find a quiet mind & meditation. We will continue teaching the dynamics of the entire yogic process.
Learn advanced techniques to truly accomplish & enjoy mindful clarity and mental peace
At the large community table we enjoy another meal together! Did we mention we serve the champagne of the gods? Fermented coconut water (keffir) infused with dragon fruit for optimal digestive support. More veggies, salads, jicama, roots and tasty greatness! Food that enlivens and doesn't cause fatigue.
8:00 - Jnana Class- Integration, & contemplation
Here we will explore it all. We look intimately at our experiences of inner peace and knowing and learn how to identify our self as this truth. Identify misperceptions, miscommunication and misinterpretation so that we can omit falseness from our mind and lives. This is your opportunity to really dive deep and go below the surface of the conditioned mind to liberate our perception and awaken to the ultimate experience of life.
