In Oneness Yoga is a practice founded in these three elements.  Our practice guides practitioners to an awareness that transcends the limited perception of the basic senses and awakens a realization of another, more profound essence of the Self.   We encourage a constant awareness of this magnificent intelligence through supporting the process of healing and forgiveness to empower a complete surrendering into the universal flow of life.

Our practices consist of private and group sessions served in person and online, and our retreat programs extend to Asia and the Americas offering weeklong immersions into these practices.  You are welcome and supported wherever we are.

I see life as a beautiful mystery, a complex play moving through ignorance and awareness for the joy of that experience. For me Yoga is an exploration of “reality”. It is a beautiful science that helps people have a direct experience with the supreme intelligence of the Self and supports the process of integration and embodiment of the wisdom realized through such experience(s). Yoga works with the physiological, neurological and psychological systems to ultimately bring an awareness of life that is so present that nothing remains other than an astonished and grateful state of being. From here compassion arises abundantly and the heart blossoms even more.

Through The Four Pillars of Yoga [LINK] I guide participants through the journey of humility and invite relaxation into all aspects of the body/mind using movement and breath practices. I encourage you to feel the quiet essence of yourself and to open your mind and your voice to express the wisdom found in this state. I know the power of the Jnana practices and have developed methods to help you align your thoughts and words to liberate your heart and find the peaceful, loving voice of your inner being.

I like to say I didn’t find Yoga, but that Yoga found me; and it has blessed me with a gift of realizing an innate energetic connection with everything. I started practicing in 2001 and quickly realized the intimate connection between the physical and the energetic bodies, their influence on our mind and vice versa, and for many years I focused on teaching yoga as a therapy for wellbeing.

When I started seeing the health benefits in my clients’ yoga practice offered them, I wanted to learn more about the human system. I decided to study Chiropractic which is built on a very similar principle as Yoga; the innate wisdom of the body has an immense healing power which gets compromised by stress. Through my studies, I realized that we can change the expression of our physical and emotional health by releasing energetic tension patterns from the chakras, meridians, organs, muscle tissues, and fascia. This inspired me to study the holistic approaches of eastern medicine, quantum healing, and energy psychology.

I find that suppressed emotional tensions and negative subconscious beliefs are responsible for the majority of modern illness in the body and mind, so my practice today consists of mainly addressing the energetic blockages caused by the stress. To experience the meditative benefits of Yoga the body and mind must be free of tension, so by helping people heal unprocessed emotions of the past I am helping them to experience the full joy of the present!
